By accessing our website, booking our services or interacting with us through any of these channels, you (“Customer”, “Client”, “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our services means you accept these Terms.

3. General Terms for Online Payments
To use our payment services, a User may be required to register on our website or share the details we request from time to time.
All rights and obligations of the Company are subject to applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Reserve Bank of India guidelines and related rules, as amended.
Records kept by the Company and/or the Payment Service Providers in the normal course of business shall be treated as prima facie evidence of transactions. The User may dispute any transaction within 30 days of its date.
These Terms form the complete agreement between the User and the Company on this subject and replace any earlier written or verbal communications, except where a separate signed agreement or project contract exists, which will continue to govern that project.
4. Communication Services — Consent and Opt-In
We may contact Users through RCS, WhatsApp Business, SMS, Email and Voice calls (outbound and IVR). Consent is taken separately for each channel and for each purpose (transactional and promotional), either when you share your contact details or through a dedicated opt-in.
Accepting these Terms alone does not mean you have agreed to receive promotional messages. Transactional messages needed to deliver our services do not need separate consent but are limited to the purposes listed below.
4.1 Purposes of Communication
• Project enquiries, quotations, booking confirmations and shoot schedules.
• Updates on pre-production, shoot days, editing progress and delivery of final content.
• Payment confirmations, invoices, receipts and transaction alerts.
• Promotional offers, new service packages, showreels and seasonal campaigns.
• Feedback requests and client satisfaction surveys after project completion.
• Legal, regulatory and statutory notices as required by law.
• Invitations to events, screenings, workshops and casting calls.
4.2 RCS (Rich Communication Services) — Specific Terms
By opting in to RCS communications from the Company:
• You agree to receive branded and verified messages from us on RCS-enabled devices and networks.
• These messages may include images, video previews, carousels, quick-reply buttons and other interactive elements.
RCS messages are delivered through your telecom operator’s network. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by network issues, unsupported devices or operator outages. For important transactional messages such as OTPs, booking confirmations and payment receipts, if RCS delivery is not possible we will try to send the message by SMS instead.
We do not guarantee that messages will reach you on every channel at the same time and are not liable for delays in fallback delivery caused by third-party networks or platforms.
You can opt out of RCS messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us using the details in Section 12.
All RCS communications follow TRAI regulations, including the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), and our RCS sender IDs are registered with telecom operators on the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) platform as required by TRAI.
4.3 WhatsApp Business — Specific Terms
By sharing a WhatsApp-enabled mobile number, you agree to receive messages from us through Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform.
These may include booking updates, shoot reminders, preview links, payment confirmations and promotional content.
WhatsApp messages are also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service. Standard message and data charges from your mobile operator may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP or “Unsubscribe”, or contact us as given in Section 12. We do not share your WhatsApp information with third parties except where needed to provide our services or as permitted by law.
4.4 SMS — Specific Terms
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us.
Promotional SMS are sent only in line with your DND (Do Not Disturb) preferences as per TRAI rules. All our SMS headers and templates are registered on the TRAI DLT platform.
Transactional SMS such as OTPs and booking confirmations are exempt from DND and will be sent regardless of your DND status.
To stop promotional SMS, reply STOP to any promotional message or update your preference with your telecom operator.
4.5 Email Communications — Specific Terms
By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails from us, including transactional emails (invoices, receipts, OTPs, confirmations, delivery links) and marketing emails (newsletters, offers, portfolio updates).
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Once you click it, you will be removed from our marketing lists within 3 business days. Transactional emails cannot be unsubscribed from, as they are needed to deliver your project.
We use standard email security measures such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC to protect against spoofing and phishing.
4.6 Voice Communications — Specific Terms
By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive outbound calls from us for service, transactional and promotional purposes.
Calls are made only within permitted hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time) and in line with TRAI guidelines.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; you will be informed at the start of any such call.
You may ask to stop marketing calls at any time, during or after a call, or by contacting us as given in Section 12.
IVR calls for shoot reminders and project updates are treated as transactional because they are needed to deliver the service. Where the law allows, you may ask us to reduce such calls by contacting us as given in Section 12.
5. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe Rights
You may withdraw your consent for any or all channels at any time. Once you opt out:
• Promotional messages on that channel will stop within 7 working days, or sooner if TRAI/TCCCPR rules require it.
• Transactional messages required for your project, legal compliance and security will continue.
To opt out of all marketing communications, contact us as described in Section 12 or use the opt-out option in any message.
Opting out does not affect any ongoing project, contract or pending payment between you and the Company.
6. Refund Policy — Online Payments
6.1 Chargeback Transactions
If you raise a chargeback, please contact us right away with the details. Any eligible refund will be made only through the original payment gateway, demand draft or another method the Company considers suitable. Refunds take 7–10 business days to process. No refunds are made in cash.
6.2 Fraudulent / Duplicate Transactions
Please contact us directly about any fraudulent or duplicate transaction. We will look into it under our policies and work with the Payment Service Providers as needed.
6.3 Server Downtime / Session Timeout
If the website slows down or your session times out, please check whether your bank account was debited before trying to pay again. If it was, contact us immediately. The Company and Payment Service Providers are not responsible for duplicate payments made in such situations.
6.4 Project Bookings, Advances and Cancellations
A shoot or project date is confirmed only after the agreed booking advance is received. Because crew, equipment and locations are reserved against that date, booking advances are generally non-refundable once the date is confirmed, unless the project agreement says otherwise.
Requests to reschedule should be made in writing as early as possible and are subject to crew and equipment availability; additional charges may apply. Work already completed (such as pre-production, scripting, shooting or editing) is chargeable even if a project is cancelled midway. Specific cancellation and refund terms set out in your quotation or project agreement will take priority over this clause.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for any loss arising from its online or communication services.
The Company and Payment Service Providers are not liable for any inaccuracy, error, delay or omission in any data, information or message, or for any loss or damage that results from it.
The Company is not liable for any financial or other loss caused by delays, failures, interruptions or data corruption in transactions through the Payment Gateway.
The User agrees to indemnify and protect the Company, its Payment Service Providers and their officers, directors, agents and employees against any third-party claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly from: (a) the User’s breach of these Terms; (b) the User’s violation of any law or third-party rights; or (c) any fraudulent or unauthorised use of the User’s credentials. This does not cover claims caused by the Company’s own negligence or wilful misconduct.
For Communication Services (RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Voice), the Company’s liability is limited to failures caused directly by its own systems and does not cover third-party platform or network failures.
For Production Services, the Company’s total liability for any project shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for that project.
8. Security of User Data
The User understands that no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure. The Company uses commercially reasonable measures to protect User data.
Users must keep their User ID and password confidential and are responsible for all activity carried out under their credentials.
The Company will never ask for your password through unsolicited calls, messages or emails.
Please log out and close your browser after completing a transaction, especially on shared or public devices.
9. Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account and VPA Details
Users must use only payment instruments they lawfully own or are authorised to use, and confirm that all payment details they provide are correct and valid.
Users authorise the Company to charge the chosen payment instrument for the selected services, including any applicable fees, and are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of payment.
Convenience Fee on Certain Payment Modes: The Company may charge a convenience fee on some payment modes, such as credit cards. Where this applies, the fee will be: (a) clearly shown on the payment screen before you complete the payment; (b) stated as a percentage of the transaction value or as a fixed amount; (c) shown as a separate line on the GST tax invoice, with GST charged on it at the applicable rate; and (d) non-refundable even if the main transaction is validly refunded, unless the Company decides otherwise.
If you prefer not to pay a convenience fee, you can choose other payment modes such as UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or cash (within government limits) at our office, where no such fee applies. The Company may revise its convenience fee schedule with prior notice on its website or payment page.
9A. Intellectual Property Rights
9A.1 Ownership
All intellectual property in the Company’s website and brand, including its design, layout, graphics, text, software, showreels, portfolio content, logos, and content sent through Communication Services such as RCS templates, WhatsApp catalogue content, promotional creatives, images and videos (together, “Company IP”), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
9A.2 Client Deliverables
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, on receipt of full payment the Client receives the right to use the final Deliverables for the purpose agreed in the project. Raw footage, project files, unused takes and working files remain the property of the Company and are not handed over unless agreed in writing. The Company may use the Deliverables, behind-the-scenes material and stills in its portfolio, showreel and social media, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
9A.3 Restricted Use
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access our website and Communication Services only for personal, non-commercial use connected with using our services.
Users must not:

10. Regulatory Compliance

11. Amendments and Updates
The Company may change these Terms at any time. Registered Users will be informed of material changes by email or SMS at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
11A. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). These include natural disasters, extreme weather affecting outdoor shoots, pandemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes not involving the Company’s staff, fire, floods, government or regulatory orders (including from TRAI, RBI or any other authority), denial of shooting permissions, internet or telecom outages, failures of third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp/Meta, RCS providers, telecom operators or payment gateways), power failures, or any similar circumstance.
If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the Company will: (a) inform affected Users promptly through available channels; (b) make reasonable efforts to resume services or reschedule the shoot as soon as possible; and (c) not be liable for any loss, damage or delay caused by the event.
If a Force Majeure Event lasts more than 30 consecutive days, either party may end the affected service arrangement by written notice, without liability.
